Locate a conceptual or theoretical framework that could be used to explain a process related to a significant contemporary health care problem. Make sure the framework has been used in at least five peer-reviewed studies.
Create a critical analysis table, using the provided template, which synthesizes methodological details about at least five studies that used the framework.
Use information in your critical analysis table to identify gaps in the theoretical literature that require additional research.
Write a 1,400- to 2,100-word paper that analyzes and synthesizes the strengths and limitations of the framework to identify gaps in the theoretical literature that require additional research. Be sure to integrate your critical analysis table into the body of your final paper.
ote: To insert a table in the landscape position into a portrait-oriented document (i.e. your final paper), you will need to insert a Next Page Section Break at the start AND end of the table by following these
steps:
Click the end of the text where you want to insert your landscape table.
Click the Breaks drop-down menu
Select Next Page in the Section Breaks section.
Repeat Step 3 so there is a blank page after the text (where you will insert your table) and another page where the text will continue in the portrait position.

Social Constructionism - Theory
The basic foundation of Social constructionism theory for health care is that the state of human
life is the direct consequence of social and related interpersonal impacts. While there are factors
other than social factors like genetics that influence health in addition to social factors, social
constructionism focuses on impacts of social factors on public and private life. The unique
features of social constructionism theory are (i) ignoring assumptions related to cognitive inquiry
of mind and causality theories and (ii) focusing on the intricacy and societal connectedness of
individuals. Social constructionism theory identifies individuals as product of cultural, political
and societal evolution. Social constructionism identifies views are subjective, many and all could
be valid as well. The theory acknowledges and adds credibility to various perspectives and
views. The theory does not look at views as single truth of absolute fact but rather a subjective
aspect influenced by numerous factors. Views are subjective like people hypothesizing evidences
by their subjective experience, and how other people’s views impact our own views. Thus there
is no objective or absolute point of view. The experiencer’s response and another individual’s
view of the experience are subjective, personal and hence different....
