Load the JSON file below into Jupyter notebook Python as a dictionary; convert to a list and calculate the minimum velocity and maximum height using recursion. Introduce the space mission to the user and ask the user to guess a minimum velocity and maximum height, which the code should use as start points. Print the results (min & max to a file, and at the end read the file to display the results on the screen). This is partial data from the space mission Jason-3, flight number 26.
No need to create a CLASS if there is no need for one. Make sure you explain your solution and comment on your code at each step. try/except; if/else, docstring user validation; write and read to a file; and loop structure if needed (since this is a recursive code, you might not need a loop structure). Make sure to comment on each step and also use docstring to explain the program.
2nd code (use all what we have learned so far as needed)
