Terrorism is one of the biggest problems of the century. It is a challenge for the whole world (Ullrich and Cohrs, 2007). Their motives can be subject to culture and individuals. It is to establish fear in the hearts of the people; for example, the attack on the World Trade Centre in September 2011. It is also to fulfill their demands. Serious actions are causing a loss of lives and property is justified based on their philosophy related to culture or an attempt to righteousness (Cottee and Hayward, 2011). Another example to support these motives in justification is the mass killing of police officers of Sri Lanka in 1990 that cost over 700 deaths.
