dy and also that candidate has fair idea of the work or the business as more so they are part of the family, friends and relatives. This also reduces cost of recruitment and training cost as the candidate has some idea of the work. The employer will also feel good and safe about the fact that an insider is part of the organisation and an outsider element is avoided. The employer also feels that the candidate will stay and remain in his control and will be easier to maneuverer.
