Instructional Design
Instructional Design is the delivering of instructional products through developing and designing that is systematic and consistent. This design system ensures efficient and effective acquisition of knowledge that can be digital or physical. The process consists of analysing what the learner needs are, what the goal of the process is and the activities that are needed in order to achieve this goal (Stefaniak & Xu, 2020). After this analysis, tasks are designed and planned in order to ensure that the knowledge is dispensed in a way that is specific to the learner. The steps of the instructional design model are as following
1. The first step is analysis of the person, content and the brand
2. The second step is to identify the learning objectives
3. The third step step is to develop the design based on the previous steps
4. The fourth step is to create a storyboard to understand how the flow of information is going to occur
5. The fifth step is to develop a prototype and see how it’ functioning occurs
