Training that uses visual aids like graphs, charts, diagrams, and movies is most engaging to visual learners. They absorb knowledge best when they can see and visualize it (Cooper et al., 2019). Training that involves lectures, dialogues, and audio-visual presentations are most engaging to auditory learners. They pick up the most by listening to explanations and debates that are conducted verbally. Training that combines practical exercises, role-playing, and simulations is most engaging to kinesthetic learners. They absorb knowledge most effectively when they are actively engaged in it. People may have a dominant learning style, but training approaches that consider different learning styles might still be beneficial to them (Susanty, Yuningsih & Anggadwita, 2019). To guarantee that everyone can learn successfully, the key is to provide a choice of training techniques that appeal to various learning types.
