Part 1) Critically examined the socioeconomic and health determinants of financial barriers, in accessing health care like, general practitioner services, prescription drugs and dental care in New Zealand (NZ).  Also consider the Maori, Pacific and middle income families in New Zealand and critically discuss if there are cost barriers,  that influence their accessibility to primary healthcare    ` and dental care.
Part 2) The Treaty of Waitangi has been identified as the founding document of Aotearoa and the key to health promotion in this country. Provide a critical discussion of how Te Tiriti O Waitangi is implicated in the NZ Health Strategy.
