Your assessor will play the role of the partner organisation and will provide access to information and documentation to enable you to complete the task.oWhere there are any gaps or deviations from the memorandum of understanding and/or collaboration business plan, you are to schedule a meeting with relevant parties and conduct training and coaching to ensure partnership outcomes are met. Your assessor will play the role of the staff members to be trained and coached.oAfter implementing the reporting systems, you will be required to conduct a presentation to report the findings and overall progress of the partnership in the annual community and stakeholder meeting.

Introduction
Max Lionel Realty (“MLR”) is in Real Estate (“RE”) business and at present offers its operations using 10 different branches located across New South Wales (“NSW”). This study is undertaken for aiding the MLR’s aim of developing collaborative partnership amongst locally based Registered Training Organisation (“RTO”) for the purposes of delivering Certificate IV with respect to RE Practices for 6 of its staff members who are interested for becoming RE Agents in the licensed / authorized form. In this context, MLR also has plans for expanding with 15 branches in the span of two years and on account of the same seeks longer-term and collaborative form of relationship with locally based RTO for the purposes of looking after all of MLR’s existing as well as future training requirements of nationally recognised nature. The report presents various supporting planning, discussion and proposals for development of the arrangement of collaborative partnership between local RTO and MTR such that strategic objective could be attained. The focus is on management, driving as well as implementation of tasks, inclusive of scheduling as well as managing consultations, implementation of reporting systems and undertaking required presentation.
