Part 1:
Accountability and responsibility: It is very important for a leader to be responsible and accountable for all the actions. A good leader should consider his mist
ake and work on them. It will provide a confidence in the team that they can solve any mistake with a good leadership.
Self-motivation: This quality is very important as it makes the leader to keep on going. Despite the setbacks and difficulty, a leader with self-motivation will always encourage the team to work hard to achieve the goals.
Communication skills: A good leader must possess good communication skills. These skills can help the leader to communicate with the team members and make a good work environment. He will be able to understand the pros and cons of the team.
Part 2:
Leadership is a quality that allow a person to make assertive decisions and make people to follow them. There are certain qualities in a leader that allow them to be good leaders and which make people to follow them. A goo d leader can lead people to achieve great goals in their lives. Firstly, the common thing both leaders was that both of them were great at inspiring and motivating their followers and colleagues. There was difference on the goals of both the leaders but somehow their leadership styles was similar. Both leaders had a very clear understanding that to gain the loyalty and commitment of their followers the segregation between superior and inferior had to be removed. The leaders that I choose for my studies are Mahatma Gandhi and Stave Jobs (Shyam et al.,2017).
