Consider Carucci’s comments on this type of change leadership and identify ways this might create a healthier, more positive work environment. Discuss how you think a change leader could contribute to the success of organizational change initiatives by re-scripting their own “operative narratives” that provoke unproductive behavior and derail change. There are several ways, which might create the healthier and more positive work environment. The proper flow of communication between all levels of hierarchies will reduce the barrier and will have a positive environment. An effective leader who demonstrates the change successfully with strong benefits associated for the employees is required (Haas et al., 2020).
For any organization to implement change, effectively, the foremost thing is their employees support. It is also important to reduce and remove barriers so that employees adapt the change. The effective leader must possess good communication skills, delegation of work and good facilitation of work (Carucci, 2016). They should be able to manage the project at its best for the success of the company.
