Carucci (2016) states that “a leader’s ability to affect change across the organization depends on their ability to affect change within themselves.” (p. 5).
Consider Carucci’s comments on this type of change leadership and identify ways this might create a healthier, more positive work environment. Discuss how you think a change leader could contribute to the success of organizational change initiatives by re-scripting their own “operative narratives” that provoke unproductive behavior and derail change.
