a) Why would someone become a buyer of a good, such as land?
b) why would someone become a seller of a good, such as land?
c) In the transfer of land from someone who is using it to produce agricultural goods (farming, ranching) to someone who wants to produce a public good, describe the benefits received and the costs incurred by those producing agricultural goods and by those producing public goods, making sure you justify why the transaction takes place
d) Particularly in the case of wildlife and biodiversity as public goods, what is necessary if the public good to be made a (private) good which can be sold to others, as is done in ecotourism and bioprospecting
