How do chlorophyll levels in summer (defined as months 6 through 9) compare to nonsummer months? In addition to the usual measures (e.g., means or medians), the water management agency is also interested in the frequency with which chlorophyll levels exceed 20 mg/L. Use both graphical and tabular summaries of the data, accompanying them with appropriate tests to say whether apparent differences are real. Treat each observation as independent.
