Context
The paper focuses on the learning outcomes that ha
ve been acquired in the MBA course which had helped me in the vital growth in terms of knowledge and skills. The reflective capability is analyzed concerning the various learning phenomenon and projects that have been designed in the course of my learning (Gaus, 2017). Further, it also focuses on the knowledge that has been acquired from the project covering the aspect of impacts of COVID-19 on the supply chain. It is evident to note that over the past one year numerous aspects of our lives have been disrupted. It is obvious to note that consumer behavior and priorities and supply chain have been impacted massively. From the research work that I have conducted in my MBA course delivers me an immense understanding of the impacts of COVID-19 on the supply chain. This particular project was relevant to align the theoretical perspectives of MBA learning with that of the empirical knowledge discussed in the project (Tan & Ko, 2019).
The discussion in this paper will be initiated on a reflection analysis of my learning outcomes in the MBA course. Thereafter, it shall be followed by a reflection on the project constructed on the impact of COVID-19 on the supply chain industry of CEVA Logistics.

It is obvious that I have learned distinct skills that help me to enhance my competitive growth in the professional aspects. Reflecting on my learning outcomes I can efficiently recognize the potential problem-solving skills that have been acquired in regards to complex problems. I have learned about the strategic methods that improved the quality of academic knowledge and its subsequent implementation over my professional career (Teece, 2019). Courses on strategic management and organizational strategies have enhanced the professional aspects in this field (Wang & Wang, 2018). The course has enhanced my learning process in adapting higher knowledge that enhanced my efficiency in gaining recognition for optimal performances.
The learning has also influenced my sustainable growth in academics and exhorted me ways to implement the academic skills in the professional workspace. There is no doubt that the course has enhanced my theoretical skills, practical skills, application skills, and reflective skills. I have acquired the skill of systematic accomplishment of assessment for its global approval in the professional aspects.
The application skills are the most important part of my learning process which had helped me to align the theoretical prospects with the empirical prospects. The capstone project that I have constructed reflects potential ideas and the theories that I had acquired from my theoretical learning. But the real-time experiences from designing the project have enhanced my conceptual understanding of the related theory. Kolb's experimental learning theory presents the fact that the phenomenon of learning is exclusively optimized with practical knowledge developed through real-time experiences.
