Just some comments/details about the questions of the assignment.

The fonction used in the assignment is :

F : (x; y) -> (x + a*sin (x+y) ; x+y)

with x,y reals belonging to [-pi, pi]

• 1st question is basically to get the same plot (cf "plot Q1")


• I wrote few programs but it does not work (cf matlab files)

2) Already did this (pi,0) is a 2-periodic point since F F^2(0,pi) = (0, pi)

Just few words concerning the figure to check that we undertand it.

For example, for Q6 : invariant curbs, periodic points, chaotic points, etc. (where ? how many ? ...)
