Assessment findings revealed skin warm touch flushed face. Nurse Faye did tepid sponge bath (tsb) to lose heat by evaporation, to reduce the temperature, She gave Biogesic 500mg 1 tab every 4hrs for fever.After 4 hrs , T= 37.9'C. Nurse Faye continued doing the TSB
