The job should be entry-midlevel and one appropriate for someone with a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.

Reporting to – HR Manager
Employment Type – Full Time
Essential Duties for the New Position
· Collaborate with functional leaders on resourcing and talent requirements & lead implementation of talent strategies. Utilizes the talent development process and tools to develop a diverse talent pipeline for the company. Lead the Talent Development initiatives particularly for high performing individuals and teams in order maximize the retention, development and engagement of top talent.
· Build and implement a learning strategy, and support managers and teams in business delivery by enhancing capabilities to deliver objectives, manage people, implement change, and build relationships.
· Partner with the business in the areas of core people processes like performance management, organization development and change initiatives, and constantly challenges executive leaders to role model and drive a performance culture.
