Based on the age as of 2020 (AGE2020), categorize the homes by 0-19,-20-29,-30-39, and 40 and up years of age. A trend in the sales prices by age category can be tested using a contrast with coefficients (-3, -1, 1, 3). Include this test in your analysis, explaining the rationale you use to assign a p value. For those homes that appear to be extreme outliers, inspect the data to see if there are any special features of those homes that might explain their price.
