This program will take Names and Grades from a .txt file
as input. We will then determine the average for each
student. Once you have the average show the user the
letter Grade associated with the Average. In addition You
will Show the Top 5 Students (First Name, Last Name,
and Letter Grade)with the Highest Averages.
• The program must use a switch argument.
• The program must Read the file for input.
• The program must be unique and titled.
• Grades are by increments of 10.
o 90 to 100 = A
o 80 to 89.9 = B
o 70 to 79.9 = C
o 60 to 69.9 = D
o 59 or less is F
