Jamaica Broilers increases Caribbean exports.<br>The Jamaica Broilers group sales topped $10 billion in the first quarter ending in July; a<br>doubledigit increase that came as the poultry company sold more eggs regionally. Revenue for<br>the group increased by 12% relative to 8.9 billion of sales in the July 2015 quarter.<br>The results were due mainly to the removal of trade barriers as Jamaica Broilers finally got their<br>products to be accepted in other Caribbean markets. In January 2015 the export of eggs was<br>reduced to the region because of lack of quality assurance.
