Once the reputation of Foot Locker became higher and its earning stable in the country, has ventured beyond its national borders, conducting business in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Oceania as its international market. As stated by Elo, Sandberg, Servais, Cruz and Basco (2019), business organizations venture globally once their domestic market becomes stable and reach saturation point.
In case of the current study, the domestic market of United State has been compared with international market of Malaysia in context of cultural aspect for Foot Locker. While in case of United State the attributes of Anglo Cultural Cluster are noticed, Malaysia tends to highlight its Southern Asian Culture cluster attributes, giving a comparative and critical insight of the chosen organization. While in United States, the company is one of the worst places to work for due to the socio-cultural traits of USA, having lower power distance.
On the other hand, in case of Malaysia, the company is seemed to be accepted normally, due to the highest power distance.
