Sub: Survey for analysing the employee job satisfaction
Dear all,
It is to be announced that our company has decided to conduct a survey for the employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this survey is to understand the viewpoint of employees, and also any problems faced by them. The purpose of this survey is to prepare a plan for reducing the staff turnover, building the internal capacity through a strong learning program and to increase diversity within the workforce. All must participate in this survey, and the details shared by the employees will be kept confidential. The survey will be conducted for the next 10 days, therefore, all the employees are requested to be present at work, until some emergency comes up. In the situation of emergency, particular employee will be contacted separately for the survey. I expect all of your positive participation.

Workforce Information Data Analysis
The workforce team of King Edward VII College has increased by one employee in 2018 compared to 2017. The employee distribution is nearby equal with respect to male vs female, as in 2017 there were 7 female staffs, whereas in 2018 there is an increase in one more female staff. However, the number of senior female staff is significantly low with only one female staff is placed at senior level, which need to be reviewed in order to allow more opportunities to female staffs in holding senior position. The median age of the staff is around 45 in the year 2018, which shows that mature workforce is employed in the college. The workforce also lacks the cultural diversity because it has been observed that only two employees in 2018 are working who belong from the non-westernised country. Therefore, we need to focus more on the cultural diversity in the work force. Lastly, more work is required in the employee turnover rate and retaining of the employees.
