Participation of the leadership with respect to organisational behaviour enhances the employee performances reaching of the goals and the objectives of the organisations. Change management in respect to the organisational behaviour is the shifting of the individuals, teams and the organisation from their prior state to the levels of the future state. There have been numerous changes, which Qantas has made a part of the human restriction. Those are Qantas has acquired an apple large workforce for their business.
