This is situated in the Midwest of the United States. A system analyst is required in the school for the purpose of examining and analysing the various functional, non-functional and technological procedures in to account and also helps in ensuring and assuring that the organization operations are taking place effectively and efficiently and also helps in recommend the requisite modern corrective technology as and when required. The report deals with requirement relating to the need for IT consultant which has developed a specialized skill and IT solution relating to the small business. The demand relating to the enrolment and application have being increasing day by day and which has ultimately increasing the workload on the end of the faculty and staff. To manage and overcome the same principles and teachers have stepped in to manage the same, but are not manageable and administered by them as the workload is very high. The school is a non-profit organization and hence doesn’t have the sufficient funds to hire or manage the new full time staff to administer the same. The structure of the organization are in such a manner that there are total 11 full time teachers who are employed in the school and among them 3 are assigned to the job relating to the programs relating to the pre-school functions, rest 2 are employed for the kindergarten programs, rest of the teachers are engaged in the management of both pre-school and kindergarten programs which are being undertaken into account. The studies have shown that the same have served to the society and from past 20 years I has been successful in serving the preschool through the 6the grade (Akcaoglu, and Green, 2019). Apart from the same it has also being observed that in recent 5 years it also expanded its business to the services related to the after school care, which generally relates to the services which are being made available to the society on after care precincts of the same. The services relating to the after school are is not restricted to the students of willow brook but the same is also made available to the students of various other schools and universities. The current operations and business of the school relates to the administration and handling of the various financial tasks (Sidiq, and Wardhana, 2018). As the process related to enrolment and their respective applications for all the requisite programs are increasing day by day and hence there is need for development and implementation of the new and innovative computer system to make the same more convenient and effective to manage and deal with the same. As the demands have raised the demand of the same which directly indirectly increases the workload raises the demand for modern and innovative technology to meet the requisite requirements. Apart from the same various issues and challenges were faced by the school and the respective staff for undertaking the information system and the analytics relating to the same. One of the most important challenges faced by them was the financial factor, as the school was formed for social well fare of the students and was a non-profit organization the funds were limited and hence it was difficult for them to afford additional technical staff for administering the programs and various functional and non-functional activities of the school (Soltan, Radwan, et.al., 2016). They have a direct and adverse impact on the functioning of the organization as this will cause mismanagement in the organization as the workload is more and cannot be managed even if the principal ad teachers take the charge of the same. The problem relating the development and implementation of the same have the direct impact on the future activities of the school or organization as the same will affect the decision of the board of directors with relating to their respective mission, and vision statements and the various policies which were formed and was about to implement them by the responsible authorities. The same is also the supportive document for the various departments of the school like educational staffs also have a look on the financial status of the school or organization, the payroll relating the same, and the relevant information for attainting the specific results (Qianyi, Xiaoshun, et.al., 2018). With the implementation of the information system and the employment of IT professional will provide the organization to grow and expand itself in various sectors like management, payroll, human resources and many more. Current objective of the organization relates to the analysis and design of the system for the purpose of examining the situation of the business with the respective intent for improving and enhancing the procedure through better and improved methods and technologies.
