It is very common to complain about one’s boss. There are many examples in TV, movies, and real life of bullying and harassment. In a recent survey it was reported that 20% of workers say that a manager has hurt their career. A random sample of 500 workers in the retail industry was obtained, and 115 indicated that a boss had hurt their career.
