It is proposed to build a wind tunnel using compressed air so that smaller models can be tested (but at the same Reynolds number). Compare the power requirements for two wind tunnels operating at the same speed; one is using atmospheric condition and the other (one half-width and height) has 2-atm compressed air inside. (Assume the required power is proportional to the mass flow rate and air viscosity is independent of pressure.)
