Introduction
Special education designed to fulfil the needs of disabled students. The services and help received by one child can be somewhat distinct from what the other children provided. The main results and 'headlines' from empirical studies, properly understood within relevant policy trends, are summarised in this literature review. Neuman Approach
The Neuman framework model is a nursing theory focused on the relationship of the person to stress, the response to it and variables of reestablishment that are complex in nature. Betty Neuman, a public health nurse, professor and psychologist, created the theory. The Systems Model of Betty Neuman offers a systematic, systemic and platform nursing approach that includes an aspect of versatility. As mentioned by Chitra and Manoranjini (2019), the model emphasizes on the patient program's reaction to current or possible environmental factors and the use of primary, secondary and tertiary nursing preventive intervention for Patient System Wellbeing retention, achievement, and preservation.
The primary function is avoidance in the Systems Model. This focuses on preventing stressors from having a negative impact on the body and the stress reaction. Before the patient responds to a stressor, primary avoidance happens. It requires the promotion of wellbeing and the preservation of wellness. Secondary prevention happens after a stressor is referred to by the client and is offered in terms of the current framework. By reinforcing the internal lines of resistance and eliminating the stressor, it focuses on avoiding disruption to the central core.
After the patient has been treated by secondary preventive methods, tertiary prevention happens. It provides patient care and aims to add energy to the patient or decrease the energy required to promote reconstitution. In the theory of Neuman, as a client scheme, a human being is a complete person and the entity is a layered, multifaceted being. A five-person function or subsystem is composed of each sheet. The subsystems are physiological, referring to the body's physiochemical form and composition; psychological, referring to cognitive states and emotions; social science, referring to relationships and social/cultural perceptions and activities; moral, referring to the impact of religious convictions and development, referring to development-related processes.
As stated by Frost (2017), Neuman describes the environment as the entirety of the internal and external forces surrounding an entity and with which they communicate at any given moment. These forces involve interpersonal, intrapersonal and extra-personal stressful situations that can disrupt the usual line of defence of the individual and thus affect the stability of the system. There are three components in the ecosystem: the inner, which exists inside the client system; the outer, which exists outside the client system; and the generated, which is an ecosystem that the client produces and constructs unconsciously and symbolises the oneness of the structure.
The health system model is associated with well-being and is defined as the state in which all sections and subparts, or factors, are in equilibrium with the client as a whole because more energy is required than what would be available, the client process connects towards illness and death. When more electricity is provided than is required, the client system shifts toward wellness. Neuman sees nursing as a distinctive profession concerned with the factors that influence the patient's reaction to a stressor. The entire individual is often discussed by nursing, providing a holistic viewpoint to the theory.
The model describes nursing as "actions that help people, families and groups sustain a maximum level of well-being, and the primary objective is the general practitioner system's consistency through nursing treatments to prevent stressful events." Neuman also states that the perspective of the nurse must be measured in addition to that of the patient, as the perception of the nurse will affect the treatment plan he or she sets up for the patient. In terms of the degree of response to stressors, and even the use of primary, secondary or tertiary measures, the Systems Model sees the role of nursing.
There are six phases in Neuman's Systems Model nursing method, each with unique data classes about the patient. First is the patient's evaluation, which looks at: current and possible stressors; state and intensity of fundamental factors and energy sources; features of versatile and natural protection lines, resistance lines, level of reaction and reestablishment potential; contact between the patient and his or her setting.
