An oral presentation must be presented in the classroom as well, therefore you will be required to develop a Power Point presentation. Read on for further instruction of the assessment. Part A - research report You are to research and produce a written report (maximum 1800 words), highlighting diversity of an organisation. You are to select one (1) of the companies from the from the suggested websites: · Australian HR Institute – Hall of Fame of last year (or 2 years ago) https://www.ahri.com.au/awards/ahri-awards/home or · DiversityInc Top 50 companies of last year for Diversity https://www.diversityinc.com/st/DI_Top_50 This organisation must be approved by the teacher, who will check it has sufficient content in its Diversity Policy for you to prepare a written report and a presentation.
