Before starting an Interview process it is very important for managers to prepare themselves. Farooq and De Villiers (2017) have discussed that there are number of things that need to be considered such as the job description for which the hiring is going on. This will provide the kind of criteria the manager will look for in their candidates. Further this will help in reviewing the background of the candidates work history and based on that the candidates are called after scheduling the interview time.
