Moreover, the provisions suggested with respect to the implementation of LGBTQ rights have also never been fully recruited. This report addresses the issue related to LGBTQ rights as well as the requirement for the government to adopt a policy related to this.
Political Controversies related to LGBTQ Rights
It has been observed that most of Americans irrespective of the age groups or any other categorization, oppose the discrimination against LGBTQ people and most of them may have already considered it as an illegal entity. However, the federal laws in U.S have not legally banned the discrimination against these communities and there are no such laws that can help to defy this discrimination[footnoteRef:1]. Further, it may be necessary to consider that the discrimination against LGBT has been observed to prevail since childhood and therefore, children during their schooling starts to face this issue.
