community). Identify the roles you characteristically assume
and what qualities you bring to the group (e.g., enthusiasm,
positive thinking, vision, self-direction). Consider whether those
qualities will serve you well in professional nursing groups and
situations. Are there new qualities you need to develop if you
want to become an effective nurse leader? Why?
