Introduction
When people have to wait a few hours to get a response from their relatives, the days have passed. As technology advances, everything becomes simple. To this end, a lot of human resources are needed. This is the responsibility of the HRM. Human resource management has always played a major role in any organization. If break the history of management of human resources it will find that it has evolved from the personnel management. HR management mainly includes human resource development, how to supervise and manage employees in the organization, how to work in the organization, and how to pay attention to the development of employees (Collings, 2012). Current HR management emphasizes the strategic use of human resources. Human resource management is the core strategy of an enterprise because it can help companies develop stronger strategies than their competitors and ultimately help improve performance. Human resource management handles the maximum potential utilization of employees. The scope of international HR management is much larger than managing domestic human resources activities. There are several issues related to international taxation, relocation and international orientation, and administrative forces for expatriates, language translation services as well as host government regulations (Dickmann, Brewster & Sparrow, 2008).
Similarities and differences between domestic and international HRM
With regard to the similarities between international HR management and domestic HR management, the basic similarities between the two include recruitment, planning, performance evaluation, compensation, development and training, and labor relations. Another similarity is that environmental factors such as law, culture and economics influence the social and political factors of domestic and international HR management.
