The topic of interest chosen here for researching is “Internal Relationship Management Strategies and Business Performance”. This topic aims to illustrate a relationship between using strategies for managing internal relationships and improving the business performance. According to Prajogo (2016), internal relationship is the association that is created within the organisation in order to know their internal stakeholders even better. For this purpose, the internal stakeholders such as the employees, managers and other entities of the organisation need to know one another better so that they can work in an improved manner and generate better outcomes for the organisation.
Hence, there are certain strategies prevailing in the management that lets conduct this relationship efficiently, which in turn, lay a significant impact on their overall business performance (Cai & Szeidl, 2017).
