You are looking to integrate some of the terms and concepts that you have learned so far in the course on a specific topic or several topics of the various chapters that you have read. An integrative paper is essentially an opinion of the material covered and how you feel about it.An integrative paper is a review of the literature that includes theanalysis, synthesis, and evaluationof information on awell-defined content areaandincludes the writer’s original thoughts and ideason the topic which, are based upon theavailable information. Also include potential applications for them in examples. You may use past, present, or future global security situations for your examples.
You do not need outside sources, but can use them, if needed.











The integrative paper begins with abrief
introduction to the area of interest and focuses the reader’s attention on the issue and background of the topic. This brief introduction leads the writer into a review of each of the terms and concepts that must be explored to gain an understanding of the many facets associated with the topic. You will determine which areas are of interest to you from the various chapters. It is the writer’s responsibility toprovide logical transitionsfrom one pertinent area to another (one topic to another). It is through these transitions that the reader begins to understand the larger picture. While discussing the information within a topic the writer should:







  • distinguish between your belief and what the book states and explain why. (your belief may or may not be the same as the book (give examples to help strengthen your paper).

  • identify relationships among the terms and concepts that you have chosen from the various chapter topics.

  • identify major trends or patterns in the information that you write about

In this era of twenty first century we have witnessed many developments and new innovations that had transformed our life for betterment. However with positive impacts there are certain negative impacts that had resulted in many drastic implications in our living. The three major challenges that are faced in today’s era are poverty, terrorism and impact of international organization. These have posed a serious threat to our daily living in many ways and they have also affected our economies for which there are many challenges faced by us. In this article there will be a detailed discussion will be made with respect to the three challenges faced by us today. Further the discussion will be made with respect to the potential application to curb these situations in the past, present and that will adopted in the future.
Poverty
Poverty is one of the biggest challenges that are faced by us from many years and still with development there is the challenge which is still persisting in our world. Jollife and Prydz (2016) have discussed that in the recent study the global poverty is now estimated to be 9.2 percent of the world which means that nearly 689 million people are living in the extreme poverty and they earn less than $1.90 or less than a day which is a data provided by the world bank. Sumner, Hoy and Ortiz-Juarez (2020) have further added that because of this poverty had created serious challenges to the government of the countries who are facing this curse of extreme poverty. The government cannot collect enough revenue from their citizens because of this poverty and they find themselves into the cash-strapped financial in basic social and economical infrastructure such as building roads, maintenance and building of power grids, proper telecommunication, access to safe drinking water and sanitization along with health and education.
