The location can be local, national, or international. It can be a city, town, or rural area. Your travel photo essay will include an introduction, two photos with descriptions, and a conclusion.

§ Start with a 100-word introduction. The introduction should include why you picked the tourist location and what impact visiting the landmarks had on you.

§ Insert two images (from the web or your own photographs) into the essay. Write a 100-word description of
EACH
of the landmarks. Place each description below the corresponding image.

§ Write a 200-word concluding paragraph (summary) about the cultural significance of both of the landmarks to the local people and the impact the locals have on the landmarks. What impact does each of these landmarks have on the shared identity, beliefs, economics, environment, and/or activities of the people living in that community? Are the local people impacting the landmarks positively or negatively? How?

Introduction
Porto Alegre is Brazil's second-largest city. It is also well-known for its gorgeous and diverse cultures. I chose this place for this essay because of its many cultures. According to the most current census, the city has white, African-American, Asian, multi-racial, and Amerindian inhabitants. It's fascinating to realize that perhaps the city was established by Europeans. The bulk of the inhabitants are European-descent Brazilians. Like a result, I was intrigued to this unique combination and curious about the effects they had on their society. Apart from that, Porto Alegre is a little-known yet well-known attraction for travelers wishing to enjoy the temperate environment. As a result, it is a great summer destination.

Farroupilha Park (Parque Farroupilha in Portuguese), commonly known as Parque da Redenço, is a large metropolitan park in Porto Alegre, Brazil's capital city of Rio Grande do Sul. Alfred Agache, a French architect, created the park, which opened on September 19, 1935. Farroupilha Park is located near the Centro Histórico (Historic Centre) inside just a polygon created by José Bonifácio, Joo Pessoa, Luiz Englert, Setembrina, and Osvaldo Aranha Avenues. They are employed for research as well as tourism and environmental conservation. Previously, the areas surrounding the lake and the park were closed to help with ecological regeneration.
