This paper is the culmination of your health condition research project. Several weeks ago, you chose a health condition that you were interested in researching (e.g., type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, chronic pain, etc.). Then, you worked on your literature review in order to create an annotated bibliography and you organized your findings in a concept map. Here, you will write a final paper that summarizes your findingsin your own words.

Follow the outline below, using the prompts as guides for structuring your review. Headings are recommended but not required.

Format

• This paper should be written and structured in APA format (see Purdue OWL website if you need guidance).
  
  
  • Do not use first person (“I”) language. This is an academic APA style paper.
  
  
  • However, use your own words.Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Furthermore, APA generally recommends that youdo notuse quotations for statements that you could put in your own words (paraphrase instead of quote!).
    
    
    • You are allowed a maximum of one quotation with an in-text citation. After that, you will lose points.
