Project Description
This project proposes cloud service to the target organization Don & Associates. The company has been experiencing problems in managing administrative operations and unable to scale its processes for overall business growth. This project discusses the three types of cloud services, three major cloud service providers and their advantages and disadvantages related to the company’s business needs. Lastly, one of the providers is recommended as solution for overcoming the issues. Subsequently, the challenges which the company may encounter during migration to the recommended solution are also outlined.
Statement of Need
Don & Associates company is struggling with administrative burden which includes software and hardware maintenance, upgrades as well as management of licenses. Furthermore, the business needs to scale up or down according to the market need which is becoming difficult in the current scenario at the company.
Cloud Service Providers
Before discussing the suitable service providers, an understanding of the three types of cloud services (Rani, 2014), (AWS, 2021) is required.
