1. Select one of the nursing theories from the list below and write 1000 word APA paper which includes a title page and reference page (not included in the word count). The paper should describe the chosen model/theory and explain how it applies to nursing practice. No abstract is needed. A minimum of 3 professional books and/or peer-reviewed nursing or medical journal references are expected – and none of them should be from Chapter 6 of your textbook. Resources are expected to be no more than 5 years old unless you obtain instructor permission in advance. 3. Scholarly Writing:

• Write in third person


• Times New Roman 12 font


• Double-space with 1-inch margins on all sides


• Indent the first line of each paragraph


• Use APA formatting for citations and references (See APA Quick Start Guide)

• Use upper and lower case


• Accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation


• Include page numbers
