The file land.dat will contain all countries, which have to be numbered consecutively, and grenze.dat should contain (in each line) two numbers of two countries that share a border (this is the case when a street from a city of a country is leading to a street of a city in another country) and the number of such streets should be contained as well. The main program doing all of this should be called „programm“.
