Insert merge fields into a Word document.
a. Move to the top of the document, then insert two blank lines below the date.
b. Start a letters mail merge.
c. Designate file 0-13.accdb as the selected recipient list from the location where you store your Data Files.
d. Open the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box, then accept the defaults and close the dialog box.
e. Insert an address block, then insert two blank lines in the document
f. Use a command on the MAILINGS tab to insert a greeting line that uses just the first name, then insert one line after this line. (Hint: In the Insert Greeting Line dialog box, click the Greeting line format name list arrow, scroll down the list of greetings, then click "Joshua/')
g. Save your changes.
