Inotropic Therapy
A 71-year-old man is admitted to the ICU with hypotension of unknown origin. He presently has a fiber-optic PA catheter in place to determine the origin of the hypotension. He is unresponsive with a Glasgow coma scale of 4. His vital signs and PA catheter reveal the following information:
