Introduction
Most of the companies are using accounting software’s for improving the performance and
efficiency. It is the duty of the business managers to select the best accounting software for
managing the operations. While analyzing the accounting software’s packages used in
Australian based companies we can understand that most of the companies considered
accounting software as a strategic tool for managing the competitions. In order for selecting
effective secure operating system we have to consider different aspects. Most of the international
organizations have planned different activities for managing the accounting operations in a
productive way. Effective accounting software system provides better security to the
information stored by the companies. It also helps for protecting the information of the
customers and company. This paper focuses on different operational issues faced by the
organization and the effectiveness of accounting software packages. This paper also explain the
current gaps or challenges encountered by users or customers of accounting software packages in
a detailed way.

Most of the companies are using different strategies for managing the competition in an effective
way. According to the words of Peter (2010), it is the duty of the organization to introduce
productive strategies and plans for attaining the goals and objectives in a speedy way. While
analyzing the performance of international business organizations we can understand that, they
are using different methods for improving the overall performance. Based on the market
conditions and other external factors a business organization has to modify their corporate
strategy.

productive strategies and plans for controlling the operations in an active way. They give more
importance to the strategic development policies and practices. It is the duty of the organization
to integrate strategies with the organization goals and objectives. According to the words of

While analyzing the operations and activities of the company from the beginning the company
focused on the long term strategy in which they considered the value based strategy. According
to the words of David Crawford (2014) the Chairman of the company, the company is giving
more importance to the customers and he stated that company is following five-year strategy. In
order to become the leader in the international property and infrastructural services the company
focused three major areas that is;
• International expansion
• Infrastructural facilities
• Property management
The value-based strategy helped the company for creating a healthy relationship with the
customers and employees. They used skill oriented training and development programs for
sharpening the abilities of the employees.

While analyzing the operational problems of the company we can understand that organization
structure is not effective for managing the issues in a productive way. Due to complex structure
the company faced different problems to improve the quality of works. In the year of 2015 the
company was sued for $20 million for defective construction work provided to Austin Hospital.
According to the words of Thomas (2013) lack of communication between the supervisors and
