Activity 4.1:

Use the article that you found as a case study to write a brief 500-word executive report that includes the following:

1 An explanation of how end-user information systems development impacts on the role of the traditional systems development life cycle (SDLC). Make sure you augment your explanation and argument by reference to your chosen case study. 2 An evaluation criteria model for assessing the costs and benefits of end-user development.
