In your own words describe the sociological imagination. How the sociological imagination was applied toward your college choice. Also identify the social forces (media, family, school, etc) that influenced your decision.

College choice: Tarrant community college
Social forces: Near to home, cheaper.
Family: Normal and good family with a metal and physical support but not economical to study.
You can imagine a hypothetical situation and put it there.
1. check on grammar and punctuation.
2. the paper needs to be a full three pages long, 12 font, double spaced.
3. use as many sociological terms to prove your point.
4. apply as much theory as possible.
5. apply at least one of the major paradigms thoughts to your paper: conflict theory, symbolic interactionism, or functionalism.
6. you do not need to cite but if you do, make sure it is correct.

The sociological imaginatio
n is the ability to place personal annoyance within the informed framework of a larger social process. The sociological imagination is defined as the ability to understand a person's own problems not only caused by one's own beliefs or thoughts, but by how society and its structure are caused. Therefore, people can never solve their problems until they understand that they cannot be resolved only on a personal level, but must be resolved at the social level. It can see how the structure of society and social norms influence people to perform certain behaviours.
It involves observing results from different perspectives to understand the factors that influence these outcomes. Growing up in one's environment may be a factor in their ability to deal with things in life (Hackstaff 658-672). The more well-known sociological perspective is the sociological imagination that helps individuals to look at the wider society. As part of a general category such as working-class youth or students, you must learn how to look at the world through society. My social agent belongs to my university, and my friends or companions who have recently surrounded me because I believe that the service we will be involved in will help to expand our sociological imagination.
Sociological imagination is a power, ability, and mental quality that enable an individual to connect his life with a power and motivation that affects it.
