Abstract
    Poor eating habits starting from childhood results in obesity and various increasing risk such heart related issues chole
sterol and other deadly condition. Various studies has also stated that parental eating habits has a negative effect on their children’s health. In these current digital era, where all the parents are on the path of establishing a healthy career has resulted in the adoption of high fast life. This behavior has led in the consumption of fast food on daily basis, thereby also degrading the health of their children. This relation is directly proportional to the higher spending by the people, for instance millennial people within the developed countries consume high sugar content food such as beverages, cookies, packed food, transfat food and others result in poor health condition, while people with low income primarily prefer homemade food which caters in healthy living.
Parenting Behavior and Practices
As per the scientific and biological definition, there is always a psychological relationship between the actions of parents on their children and lifestyle. As the children grow starting from infant, parents are the major factor that select the dietary preferences of their children. If we discuss this pointer in detail physical and social environment are the major two pillars that influence the children eating behavior.
