Introduction 
For this paper, Big Data has been chosen for the research. This paper highlights the Technology with two relevant examples of companies. Further it will be discussed about the ethical issues related to big data and its relativity with information system. Additionally, implications of system development and project management will be discussed. Lastly, it will be concluded by summarizing the whole points.  
Overview of technology 
Big data is defined as data that is so massive, quick, or complicated that processing it using typical methods is difficult or impossible. From organised, quantitative data in traditional databases to unstructured text documents and multimedia, data comes in a variety of forms. The value of big data isn't only determined by the amount of data - it’s worth is determined by how you use it.  Social media, audio, photos, video, industrial equipment, smart (IoT) devices, Transactions, and other sources are all used to collect data. Data floods into organisations at an unprecedented rate as the Internet of Things grows, and it must be handled quickly (Favaretto et al. 2020).
Usage of Big Data

Netflix has made several attempts to leverage big data to enhance key aspects of its services. Netflix's data-driven recommendation platform has improved their client relationship. They've also saved money by influencing the sorts of material that hits the servers.
