Unethical behaviour:
This is something which is not accepted in the society, workplace or for that matter in the family where we live and do our day to day activities. I would like to highlight an instance when a new team member in my team at work, was actually caught when proper reference check was done. It so happened, that we had an opening for strategic product development in our company. After shortlisting few profiles, one person with good qualifications and past job experience was selected for this position. He joined and also started to work accordingly in a project along with me. It so happened that after three months the reference check was don for the new person in which his past reporting managers were spoken to. In those conversations our human resource officer found that, he actually faked a professional qualification in his CV.
So, accordingly he along with me as his superior, was summoned...
