Decision-making Scenario
Decision-making is an important tern or every business organization because it facilitates
every organizational person to perform his or her responsibiliti
es and duties effectively
(Andersen & Schrøder, 2010). In this context, my organization is totally different because that
the organization believes that decision-making is a responsibility of market related people
because of door to door selling and great competition. Hence, the most of sales person of
organization face huge customers in a day. Hence, there was no time to sales person for making
any discussion to management on the matter of enquiries of customers related to the distribution
of discount over the products because any communication required time that could make the
negative impacts over the sales of organization in its target market.
Therefore, for improving the employees’ productivities, organization employed a
communication network by which the employees could make direct communication between top
decision makers, sales persons and related department in the context of customers’ requirement.
This network was employed by leaders for facilitating the sales employees during door to door
marketing in significant manner without making biased decision.
Incentive of Decision Making Scenario
The incentive of making correct decision without taking huge time and the guidance of
top organizational leaders, the communication network played an effective role. It is because it
encouraged the employees to deliver the views and queries of the customers directly to the
leadership for getting the accurate guidance for decision-making (Appelbaum & Gallagher,
2000). This kind of decision-making scenario was effective for the sales person because it helped
them in the recognition of social heuristics in the context of taken decisions.

It ultimately encompassed the selling activities of sales employees. It also improved the selling
ability of employees because it forced them to accept social failure of individual decision-
making process in the time of massive opportunities (Godzyk, 2008). This situation also lead to
ultimate success that was most effective incentive for making perfect decision to become a
competitive organization at the place of target market in the context of sales activities. Before
this, the other business organizations were able to feel both type of success such as social and
competitive in related market; whereas my organization was not get this type of success in
market, therefore I decided to employ communication network for improving the decision-
making capacity and talent of sales person.
