Introduction
    The future of business organizations will change drastically as large-scale initiatives for industrial reforms are about to take place, among which the Saudi Vision 2030 is one of the most talked about. It is expected that that in order to retain business growth consistency, companies must use more resources to cater to better quality and wider customer base in a competitive market.
Background of the Companies
    Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia and is a direct competitor of SAJA Pharmaceuticals, although Tabuk is not being able to increase its lead in the market from its competition. Tabuk Pharmaceuticals was established in 1994 and has its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company has 2000 employees and a range of 250 products to offer to the customers. It operates in 25 countries along with its home market in Saudi Arabia. The company has 4 manufacturing facility in the country and the growth rate is ample, however, is slowing down due to the remarkable business conducted by its rival in the market and their association with European as well as Asian countries (Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, 2019).
    In order to outshine the business growth of SAJA Pharmaceuticals, Tabuk Pharmaceuticals have planned to form an alliance with European company Accord Healthcare, which is a pharmaceutical company that is very popular as well as fast growing in United Kingdom and in Ireland. The company was established in 1984 and the long experience has enabled the company to expand its business and currently has 25 manufacturing facilities that produce excellent products (Accord, 2019). It is expected that the alliance between Accord Healthcare and Tabuk Pharmaceuticals would improve the market offering of both the companies and increase market radius, potentially opening the chance of earning more profit and outrun competitors in the market.
Potential Challenges of Forming Alliance Between
    Firstly, the cultural difference is a major challenge of forming alliance, especially in the context of the fact that both the companies are geographically and culturally very different. As supported by Vlajcic, Caputo, Marzi and Dabic (2019) when business organizations from different parts of the World, form alliances, the cultural difference create problem in the form of cultural clash.
