Research Outline
The research work is incomplete without any proper research outline. It is a crucial part of the research; the researcher needs to take while doing the research. This parameter of the study carries the entire framework, which has a complete structure. This research work comprises the whole procedure that the researchers have undertaken to get the desired result. At the same time, the way the data was collected for the research work side by side the details of the analysis given (Zhang, 2017). To get the result of research work, data from both secondary and primary sources have collected by the researcher and analysed thoroughly. The credibility of this research based on the data that the researcher has extracted from the different sources—even the entire literature review based on the data collected for the work.
Research philosophy
The major part of any research is how the researcher is using the correct philosophy for research purposes. The true essence of the study can put forward when the researcher is identifying the most suitable philosophy for the work and utilises it most efficiently. The research philosophy acts as founding based for any research work. It enables the researchers to pursue the job based on the correct format. Two kinds of research philosophies are used by the researchers to get the best possible results. The two research philosophies are Interpretivism philosophy and Positivism philosophy. Considering the Positivism philosophy, it is the most practical way of doing the research work as it includes the collection of the data and analysing with the help of the statics. The hypothetical conclusions of this philosophy based on real evidence and the theories that already exist.
On the other hand, the Interpretivism philosophy used in which the literature is not present in an adequate manner at the same time they highly use the process of observation and the interviews to gather data (Edson, Henning & Sankaran, 2016). The researcher in this research work has taken the help of the positivism philosophy to put forward the research work. The hotel industry is continuously growing and to understand the quality of work. How well the hotels retain their employees in a particular sector, this philosophy is perfect for doing the research work. The statistical methods have used by the researcher of this research to display the data that has obtained. Due to this philosophy, the well-framed data have been collected and analysed.
Research approach
Considering the approach of the research work, there are two kinds of plan used by the researcher to establish their practice. The first one is the inductive approach, and the second one is the deductive approach.
