In this assessment task you are asked to consider the impact of encountering and supporting other cultural identities on your work practices. Complete the following:
1 . Briefly describe TWO(2) people with cultural identities that are different to your own
2.    In your description you must provide ONE (1) example of their cultural identity (i.e. a cultural belief, value, custom, behavioural pattern or cultural practice, and COMPARE these identities with your own cultural identity.
3.    Briefly describe the impacts of supporting people with different cultural identities on your own practice as a Mental Health or Addiction Support Worker.
4.    Describe and compare the viewpoints of the people of other cultural identities with regard to the concepts of disability and aging.
